Mohawk Valley Health System has postponed Thursday’s vaccine appointments at the Burrstone House point of dispensing (POD) until Monday, after the weather caused a delay in delivering doses this week.

UTICA, N.Y. – Mohawk Valley Health System has postponed Thursday’s vaccine appointments at the Burrstone House point of dispensing (POD) until Monday, after the weather caused a delay in delivering doses this week.
Appointments made for Thursday are rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 22, with the same time slot.
People will be contacted via email with all of their new appointment information.
A portion of Lafayette Street will be closed to traffic on Friday to allow for concrete work on the new Mohawk Valley Health System regional medical center.

Adverse winter weather has caused the delay of Thursday’s vaccinations at the Mohawk Valley Health System s vaccination POD (point of distribution) at 1710 Burrstone Road, MVHS officials said Wednesday in a statement.
Thursday’s vaccinations are being rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 22, with the same times. Those with appointments will be sent an email with the new appointment information, officials said.
