K9 bloodhound finds endangered 6-year-old missing a month

DeKalb County, Tennessee - A K9 bloodhound found a missing and endangered 6-year-old girl.
The Rutherford County Sheriff’s K9 named Fred rescued her Friday in DeKalb County, Tennessee. He licked her face and she gave him a big hug, K9 Deputy Richard Tidwell said of the encounter of Fred and Kinzleigh Reeder.
Fred located Kinzleigh and her father, Nicholas Reeder, who was charged with child abuse or neglect of his daughter, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff.

Reeder allegedly abducted her on May 26. Deputies believed the father and daughter were camping in the Pea Ridge community. Deputies believed the father and daughter were behind a home and Fred was brought in to help the search.
