Father and son Papuna and Badri Dzandzava were wounded in the village of Akhalabastumani, Zugdidi, near the occupation line and it is reported that the shot was fired by the officers of the police department of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia .

As Landsbergis stated, it is extremely important to resolve the current political crisis so that the country has a fully functioning parliament with a full mandate of Georgian citizens.

Lithuanian Foreign Minister of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis has visited the administrative boundary line (ABL) by the Russia-occupied Georgian region of Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) with the EU Monitoring mission in Georgia (EUMM) today.
Landsbergis first stop was the Odzisi controlled crossing point, which has now been closed for more than 600 days.
