Driver seen doing doughnuts on Bay Bridge sentenced

Gary Ray Montague Jr. entered an Alford plea to disorderly conduct and reckless driving. He was sentenced to 60 days, all suspended except for one weekend, which will start this Friday. He was also sentenced to 18 months probation.An Alford plea is an admission that the State has enough evidence to convict the individual of the crimes charged.On Sept. 27, Maryland Transportation Authority police were notified of a video depicting reckless and dangerous driving behavior that had been posted to social media.
