Russellville police have made an arrest following a shooting incident Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to a shooting at Robinwood Apartments in front of Building 6 and initially took 27-year old Quinton Posey of Russellville into custody as a person of interest. Further investigation led to him being arrested for first-degree assault.
