The Minnesota Vikings released Pro Bowl tight end Kyle Rudolph on March 2. Rudolph has spent his entire 10-year NFL career in Minnesota, earning two Pro Bowl nods and helping lead the Vikings to three playoff berths.
Rudolph was set to give Minnesota a $9.45 million cap hit in 2021, but now the Vikings will save $5.1 million after his release.

Levine Toilolo will return to Giants on restructured contract report
Veteran blocking tight end will be back for second year with Giants

The New York Giants are retaining veteran blocking tight end Levine Toilolo on a re-structured contract, per Ian Rapoport.
Toilolo had been set to make $2.95 million in 2021, the second year of a two-year, $6.2 million free agent deal he signed with the Giants last offseason.
The 29-year-old Toilolo was primarily a blocker and special teams player. He caught just 5 passes in 16 games while playing 275 snaps. 27 percent of the offensive plays.
No details of the new deal have been released. As Ralph Vacchiano of SNY already tweeted, it’s hard to imagine this “restructure” is anything more than a pay cut.
