Victim of deadly crash on I-77 near Farrow Road identified

Richland Co., SC (WOLO) The name of the individual killed in a crash Thursday May , 2021 has been identified by Richland County Coroner Nadia Rutherford. According to Rutherford, the victim was 32 year old Deshane T. Brown of Columbia.
The accident occurred in the Northbound lane of I-77, near the Farrow Road exit early Thursday morning. According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Brown was the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer that collided with a 2016 four-door Nissan.

Richland County, Monroe Township – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one vehicle fatal crash on SR 39 near Mansfield-Lucas Rd, in Monroe Township on May 3, 2021 at 3:44 PM.
A 2013 International 4300 flat-bed truck, driven by Gregory D Mayner, age 59 of Mansfield, was traveling North-West on SR 39. Mayner drove off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned. Mayner was extricated from the vehicle by Fire and EMS, but succumbed to his injuries on scene.
Monroe Township Fire and EMS, Richland County Sheriff’s Office, Richland County Coroner’s Office, Ohio Department of Transportation and Shelly Smith Towing responded to the scene and assisted. SR 39 was closed while the crash was being investigated.

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) - A 59-year-old Mansfield man is dead after his flatbed truck overturned in Monroe Township on Monday, the Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed.
The OSHP said the crash happened on SR-39 near Mansfield Lucas Road at 3:44 p.m.
Gregory D. Mayner was driving a 2013 International 4300 flatbed truck northwest on SR-39 when he drove off the right side of the road, struck an embankment, and overturned, according to the OSHP.

MANSFIELD - A 19-year-old Bucyrus woman killed in a crash Monday in Mansfield was a 2020 graduate of Wynford High School who also attended Pioneer Career and Technology Center.
Julie Miller, the Wynford High School principal, said Tori A. Carman attended Wynford Local Schools from early elementary on, then studied web page design at Pioneer. She was a beautiful soul taken way too soon and will be greatly missed by all, Miller said. The entire Wynford staff send our condolences and prayers to Tori’s family and friends.
Carman was killed when the silver 2008 Toyota Corolla four-door she was driving rear-ended a red 2000 Freightliner flat-bed tow truck, according to a news release from the Mansfield post of the Ohio Highway Patrol. The crash happened shortly before 9 a.m. Monday on the entrance ramp from U.S. 30 eastbound to Interstate 71 northbound, east of Mansfield.
