Free vaccine clinic at city hall this weekend

Adventist Health is hosting a walk-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ridgecrest City Hall on Saturday and Sunday, offering the Pfizer vaccine.
People interested in receiving a vaccine this weekend at city hall can register here, though walk-ups will be served based on vaccine availability.
The Kern County Health Department reported another 64 cases and 10 deaths Thursday. According to the health department’s interactive map, Ridgecrest has surpassed 2,200 cases, reporting 2,203 total cases as of Thursday. Inyokern has had 90 total cases. According to the San Bernardino COVID-19 surveillance dashboard, Trona has had 42 cases and one death.
