Welcome Sakala #RangersFC are today delighted to announce that a pre-contract has been agreed with Fashion Sakala, and he will join from Belgian side KV Oostende in the summer-subject to international clearance and a work permit being received.
Sakala had been linked with the club for some time prior to the move and speaking during a press conference on Tuesday morning, Gerrard made it clear that he’s looking forward to working with the Zambia international, who’s scored 14 goals in all competitions this season.
“Fashion Sakala is coming in after a productive season in Belgium,” he said [
RangersTV]. “He will make us a lot quicker, a lot more dynamic and gives the squad a lot more pace in the forward areas, so I’m really excited to work with him.”
