Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national developer, designer, builder and property manager offering full-service commercial real estate solutions, announced today the appointment of Jared Kuhn as senior vice president and sector leader of multifamily. This is a new position for the company.
Based in Austin, Kuhn will manage the strategic and operational excellence for the company’s multifamily sector, determine the sector’s go-to-market strategy, develop the execution team and serve as the lead executive contact for Ryan’s multifamily customers and equity partners.

Transwestern Real Estate Services has signed two new tenants to long-term leases at 10 West End, an office building located at the intersection of Highways 394 and 100 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Two Harbors Investment Corp., a real estate investment trust, will move its headquarters to 34,640 square feet on the ninth floor of the property. Aerotek, a staffing and recruiting agency, will consolidate two west metro locations to 11,776 square feet on the fifth floor.

Who says people are leaving downtowns? ELEVEN ready to change the residential game in the heart of Minneapolis
Co-developers Arcadia LLC and Ryan Companies US, Inc. are changing downtown Minneapolis’ skyline with the construction of ELEVEN, a condominium tower that will become the tallest residential building in the state when it officially opens. The tower will also be the tallest building to rise in Minneapolis since 1992.
Ryan Companies and Arcadia in April celebrated the topping out of ELEVEN when construction crews raised the final steel reinforcement beam and placed it into concrete.
Construction on ELEVEN, a building that is notable, too, for being the first residential project in Minnesota for famed architecture studio Robert A.M. Stern Architects, is now more than two-thirds complete. Impressively, buyers have also already purchased two-thirds of the project’s residential units, even before the property is slated to open in early 2022.
