It just might “Feel Like the First Time” when the Rio Rancho Events Center plays host to a live concert Aug. 1.
That’s when the band Foreigner hits the stage on its “Great Hits of Foreigner Tour.” It could be a long concert: The group had 16 top-30 hits.
It’s also the first non-drive-thru live entertainment event in Rio Rancho since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Tickets are on sale.
Like most bands that got their start in the ‘70s, band members have come and gone; the lone constant is former Leslie West Band guitarist Mick Jones, who founded Foreigner in 1976.
Byres Beware: Prioritize mental health, especially in a pandemic
