DOYLESTOWN, PA The Bucks County Department of Health recorded violations at bars and restaurants in Doylestown during the second half of March.
Here s what health inspectors found:
Annie s Water Ice, 2 violations: No certified food safety manager on duty; single-use articles such as take-out containers, disposable utensils observed stored on the floor

Bacco Bistro, 1 violation: Glass door refrigerator does not consistently maintain foods at a safe temperature
Conquering Cuisine, 2 violations: Hand wash sink in kitchen is blocked; both front and back door observed to be open upon arrival. All doors and windows must be closed or have a screen to prevent pests
