PARMA, Ohio -- A spate of high-profile crimes in Parma finds city leaders attempting to ease residents’ concerns.
“Unfortunately, no community is immune from the terrible things that happen in our world these days, but the good news is we’re served by great men and women in the Parma Police Department,” Parma Director of Public Safety Thomas Weinreich said.
“Our department is pretty effective in preventing crime. When things like this do happen, they’re also very effective in solving the crimes,” he said.
