A cruel thug gave his wife two black eyes so she would look like a ‘proper panda’ during a vicious and sustained attack, a court heard.
Alcoholic Nathan White, aged 37, broke her cheekbone, strangled her and left her covered in bruises with a flurry of punches.
He humiliated her by cutting off her hair in clumps, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
A truly despicable man has been jailed for almost seven years for raping his sister and attempting to molest his mother.
Gloucester Crown Court heard the man, 33, and his extended family had earlier been on a night out together when the rape took place in May 2017.
The man admitted that he was high on cocaine and alcohol at the time of the attack.
His mother later revealed that he had assaulted her years earlier, during 2010, but she had not reported it.
He admitted having sex with his sister on a sofa at home but claimed she consented to it, which was rejected by the jury.
