Pembroke resident facing assault and threats charges
On April 22, at approximately 2 p.m., members of the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded after an altercation took place between two people at an address in the 500 block of Mackay Street in the City of Pembroke.

The Investigation found that the victim had been threatened and an object had been thrown at them. The victim was not seriously injured.

LAURENTIAN VALLEY – Police are investigating after equipment was damaged at a local quarry on the weekend
A bulldozer on site was driven into the water and submerged at the quarry located on Stafford Third Line in Laurentian Valley. A tractor was also driven and damaged by the suspect or suspects. The incident occurred during the evening or overnight hours of April 16 and 17.
