BELLEVILLE A woman claims she suffered a broken leg and other bodily injuries after a dog jumped on her and caused her to fall to the ground at a Cahokia residence.
Lisa Daughtery filed a complaint Dec. 15 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Ronald Tyler, Jr, Karen Tyler, Sherry Nelms and Ronald Tyler, Sr.
Daughtery alleges in her complaint that she was an invited guest at the defendants residence on Price Street in Cahokia on Sept. 19. She alleges that without provocation, the defendants dog, which was under the control or possession of Nelms, jumped on her and caused her to fall to the ground.
