Reply $115,000 has been awarded in the eighth round of
Lake County COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund grants to eight local nonprofits.
This grant cycle focused on programs that eliminate barriers to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine for homebound adults and/or people of color, as well as provide access to food for those impacted by the pandemic.
The grant recipients for the eighth funding distribution are:

A Safe Place, to provide food for survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking and their children sheltered through its emergency program.
Community Action Partnership of Lake County, to provide hot meals to homeless individuals and families sheltered by PADS during the pandemic.

Mehta, a south Mumbai resident, is a home baker, who was known for her razor-sharp photographic memory, and she could take down her clients orders over the phone in a jiffy. She would remember the orders by heart without jotting down the names of her clients.

Washington - A team of researchers at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science studied different research works on the differences between men and women s brains and concluded that the two brains are hardly different from one another. Men and women s brains do differ slightly, but the key finding is that these distinctions are due to brain size, not sex or gender, researcher Dr Eliot said. Sex differences in the brain are tiny and inconsistent, once individuals head size is accounted for.
