Agrowing and VetorGEO announce significant breakthrough in multispectral leaf-level and aerial HLB detection in Citrus

Agrowing Ltd., an Israeli world leading provider of award-winning AI-Enabling multispectral sensors, and VetorGEO, a Brazilian startup focused on Agriculture 4.0 solutions, announce a breakthrough in HLB detection in Citrus. Preliminary tests in highlighted leaves using Agrowing’s 4 band 10MP sensor demonstrated the ability to identify and isolate multispectral signatures of HLB symptoms in citrus leaves. Initial aerial research of detecting HLB infected trees by a UAV in orchards with advanced symptoms of the disease showed promising results. The challenge now, is to detect the initial symptoms of the disease.
Researchers making the list were identified as scientists who are influencing the future direction of their respective fields. Fewer than 0.1% of the world’s researchers, across 22 research fields, have earned this exclusive distinction.

This is Vargo’s seventh consecutive year named to the list in the business and economics discipline. Vargo earned the recognition by demonstrating exceptional influence through his publications, which were frequently cited by his peers during the last decade. His articles focused on the “Service-Dominant (
S-D) Logic” framework, which redefines how value is co-created through economic exchange.

Correction to 2021 Championship Schedule 12/20/20
USA Diving announced today, the tentative schedule for the 2021 USA Diving Regional, Zone and National Championships. The championship events will begin with the various Regional Championships around the country the weekends of April 30 – May 2 and May 7–9, 2021. These events will lead into USA Diving Zone Championships which will take place the weekends of June 25 – 27 or July 1 – 4, 2021. The Junior Championship events will culminate with qualified divers competing at the Junior National Championships July 28 – August 3 followed by Junior Pan Ams and Junior World Championship Synchro Trials August 4, 2021 at the Indiana University Natatorium in Indianapolis Ind.
