NORTH PROVIDENCE – Mayor Charles Lombardi is set to finalize the purchase of more land to add to the town’s growing collection of open space parcels, following approval by the Town Council to purchase another six lots at Coletti Farm in the neighborhood behind Pauly Penta’s on Mineral Spring Avenue. Combined with land the town previously purchased here two years ago, the purchase of these remaining lots, totaling $50,000 for 28,000 square feet, brings the total land owned by the town at Coletti Farm to about four acres, said Lombardi. The total cost of the earlier purchase of 3.8 acres was $1.1 million.
