Tuition is also free for children and spouses of 9/11 victims. Members of the New Jersey National Guard and Reserves will have free tuition for up to 16 credits. Seniors age 65 and over in Somerset and Hunterdon counties will have free tuition for one course per semester on a space available basis. The seniors will have audit status and no credit will be awarded. Tuition will be $210 in the Early College Program offered at participating high schools.
