Thailand Brings Its Sovereign Sustainability Bond To LuxSE Date

This morning, in a virtual Ring the Bell ceremony attended by Thailand’s Minister of Finance Arkom Termpittayapaisith and with a message from Luxembourg’s Minister of Finance Pierre Gramegna, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) welcomed the Kingdom of Thailand as a new issuer at the exchange, and celebrated the listing of Thailand’s pioneering sustainability bond. The sustainability bond, which is worth THB 50 billion (approximately EUR 1.3 billion), is displayed on the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX), the world’s leading platform for sustainable securities.

Lenert returns to the podium
Health minister Paulette Lenert, who returned to work on Monday after a three-week break following a brief hospitalisation, on Wednesday took to the podium at a joint press conference with prime minister Xavier Bettel. Her appearance has been a familiar site since the start of the coronavirus pandemic in Luxembourg in March 2020. Based in London, Burnett will be responsible for broadening and deepening ThomasLloyd s presence among banks, wealth managers, family offices and investment platforms across UK and Ireland.
With more than 27 years experience of building UK wholesale offerings, Burnett spent nearly five years with Manulife Asset Management, where he was responsible for developing the firm s wholesale presence and introducing real assets to the UK wholesale market.
