The unidentified victim went to meet with 22-year-old Steven Gabriel Martinez at his girlfriend s house so he could purchase marijuana. The victim arrived to find Martinez, 23-year-old Justice Jai Manahan and 20-year-old Paul Anthony Reyes-Cantu standing in front of the house.
The victim was told by Martinez that their brother owed him money, so they called their brother, saying he needed to come to the location to pay Martinez. However, reports say that all three men told the victim to get in the car.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock dentist charged with child pornography will remain in federal custody. That decision was made Monday afternoon in a detention hearing at the federal courthouse in Lubbock.
Jason White, 41, appeared in federal court Friday morning at 10 a.m. for his detention hearing. On Friday, the federal magistrate judge D. Gordon Bryant told the courtroom he needed to evaluate the testimony and new evidence from Friday before he could make his decision, which was revealed at 3 p.m. today.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock dentist charged with child pornography is now is waiting on a federal judge to decide whether he will be released from jail or not. Jason White, 41, appeared in federal court Friday morning at 10 a.m. for his detention hearing. His lawyers argued for his release from jail, while prosecutors argued to keep him in custody.
The judge told the courtroom he needs to evaluate the testimony and new evidence before he could make his decision. The new evidence is from an eighth possible victim who has come forward. That person went to the Lubbock Police Department Thursday night. The victim was 13 years old at the time and claims there was âhands-onâ contact by Jason White.
