Around 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 29 officers were called to the Lubbock Square Apartments for a civil disturbance. Police say 54-year-old Eddie Pair and 19-year-old Ethan Isaiah Scott, the two occupants of the apartment got into a dispute over damaged property. The warrant for Scott states witnesses on scene heard the two arguing and went outside to find Pair bleeding on the ground.

According to the police report, on November 12, 2020, police arrived at the 50th Street Caboose and noticed the front windows were shattered and shell casings on the ground. According to police, the suspects were part of two separate motorcycle gangs (Banditos and Kinfolks). The group of Kinfolks were at the north east corner of the room at the pool tables drinking and playing pool. One of the suspects from the Banditos walked over to the pool table and picked up a pool ball. This upset both suspects from the kinfolks and so both kinfolks members pulled out their guns and presented them.

Jonathan Steven Arredondo was charged with evading in a vehicle, aggravated assault and unauthorized use of a vehicle. On November 7, Lubbock County Sheriff’s deputies chased down a stolen vehicle with no taillight in the 500 block of CR 7200. The deputy tried to pull the vehicle over but the driver did not stop.

Thirty-eight-year-old Nathaniel Hodgson of Lubbock was indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury for an aggravated robbery that took place way back in 2016. Nathaniel apparently needed some quick cash, and what better way to get it than stealing it from someone else. Screw working, right? Old Nate allegedly headed over to the Wolfforth Valero just after 3:30 p.m. and robbed the clerk, handgun and all. According to KCBD, police said he took off on his motorcycle, heading east towards Lubbock, and wasn t caught until long after the fact.
