The brunch menu will feature a $75 Mimosa tray that comes with fresh fruit, specialty juices and a bottle of Cava. Dishes include cajeta French toast with pan dulce, crème anglaise, cajeta sauce and whipped cream; the brunch quesadilla with scrambled eggs, chile spiced bacon, queso fresco, Chihuahua cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and Mexican crema served in a jalapeño tortilla; and bacon, potato and egg tacos.
