(KADN) - One man has been arrested and police are looking for another in connection with a shooting at Bourgeois Park. According to University of Louisiana at Lafayette Police, Jayvien Jawane James Mallery, 20, was arrested Friday by the St. Martin Parish Sheriff s Office. He is charged with one count of principal to second-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of carrying a firearm on school property. ULPD officers transported Mallery to the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center for booking.
