Help needed identifying burglary suspect

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff s Office (LPSO) is asking for help from the public to identify a burglary suspect.
On December 11, 2020, deputies with LPSO responded to several vehicle burglaries on Camus Drive.
During one of the burglaries, a black Smith & Wesson handgun was stolen, according to a spokesperson for LPSO.
Video surveillance shows a single subject in the area during the time of the burglaries, seen wearing dark colored pants, a zippered jacket with single stripes on the arms and a baseball cap.

16-year-old Eboni McCoy, of Duson was last seen on December 28, 2020. She is described as having brown hair and brown eyes.

A cardboard sign found zip-tied to a metal post in Louisiana contained a strongly worded threat to kill media bosses, accusing the industry of pushing an evil agenda and promising a revolution.
An alarmed homeowner found the sign on Roselawn Drive in the Brentwood subdivision of Lafayette and alerted police on Saturday. LAFAYETTE, La. â The man wanted in connection with a fight that led to a shooting on Hebert Road in Lafayette is now in custody.
According to the Lafayette Parish Sheriff s Office, Joseph DeVoltz is being held on four counts of attempted second-degree murder and one count of simple burglary in connection with the January 5 incident.
