Authorities are offering up to $5,000 to anyone who can help lead them to the 18-year-old accused of driving into a state trooper and fleeing during a traffic stop.
David J. Pratt was the passenger of a 2004 Honda Civic that was pulled over at about 2:20 a.m. on Route 462, east of Old Philadelphia Pike in East Lampeter Township, state police said.

An 18-year-old who injured a Pennsylvania State trooper during a traffic stop in Lancaster County is wanted by State Police.
David J. Pratt was a passenger in a 2004 Honda Civic that was the subject of a routine traffic stop on Route 462, east of Old Philadelphia Pike in East Lampeter Township, around 2:20 a.m., according to PSP.
Pratt shared a false identification with police, then slid over to the driver’s seat while the driver was with police outside of the vehicle, said police in a statement to the media.
Pratt ignored troopers’ orders to exit the vehicle, instead accelerating towards the highway striking the trooper, according to police.

Pennsylvania State Police are searching for an 18-year-old with an active arrest warrant who they say drove into a trooper while trying to flee an early Tuesday traffic stop in Lancaster County.
David J. Pratt was the passenger of a 2004 Honda Civic that was pulled over at about 2:20 a.m. on Route 462, east of Old Philadelphia Pike in East Lampeter Township, state police said.
A Pennsylvania State Police trooper shot at a man who hit him with a vehicle early Tuesday morning on Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township, according to state police.
Police are still searching for the man, identified as 18-year-old David Joseph Pratt, of East Lampeter Township, who is considered armed and dangerous.
Troopers initiated a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. for a vehicle in the 1600 block of Lincoln Highway East after a cigarette was discarded onto the roadway by one of the occupants, according to an affidavit of probable cause. A trooper asked the driver to step out of the vehicle and approached him, while Pratt stayed in the vehicle as a passenger, according to police.
