Seven children traveling through Lancaster County in a horse and buggy were either killed or injured when they failed to stop at a stop sign and crossed into the path of a trash truck, authorities said.
Pennsylvania State Police said the horse and buggy was traveling west on Black Road Monday and approaching the Little Britain Road North intersection when the crash occurred.
