One arrested, over 80 lbs. of suspected marijuana seized Faisal N. Kaddo (courtesy of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office) CHEYENNE, Wyo. – A 30-year old man was arrested by the Wyoming Highway Patrol over the weekend after authorities discover approximately 83 pounds of suspected marijuana in the vehicle he was operating. Court paperwork states that Faisal Kaddo, of North Carolina, made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on February 9th, 2021, to hear the recommended felony charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver read to him. According to an affidavit filed in the case, a Trooper with the Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) says that on February 6th, they observed a Ford Expedition conduct an unsafe lane change on I-80 East.
