LAS ANIMAS COUNTY â Las Animas County Clerk Patricia Vigil, who goes by the name Peach , is being held on no bond and facing domestic violence charges.
News 5 has confirmed this is her second arrest this month.
She was booked by Castle Rock Police for DUI and careless driving on January 8.
She was arrested Thursday morning by Trinidad Police.
Police said early Thursday morning, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence. Several parties were involved in an argument, one being Patricia Vigil, and officers attempted to calm everyone down.
