PINE RIVER, WI (WSAU) â A Rhinelander man who ran from law enforcement is back in custody.
According to a release from the Lincoln County Sheriffâs Office, the department received notice on Tuesday afternoon of a 40-year-old Rhinelander man that had fled from Vilas County Sheriffâs Deputies.
A warrant had been issued for the man after his bail was revoked in a pending felony case in Vilas County. The man, who is facing two charges of sexual assault of a child, removed his electronic monitoring device by cutting off an ankle bracelet and throwing it away in Rhinelander.

According to online court records Juedes is facing two felony charges of:
â Second degree sexual assault/unconscious victim, a class C felony in Wisconsin and upon conviction may be fined not more than $100,000 or imprisoned not more than 40 years, or both.
â Burglary of a building or dwelling, a class F felony, and upon conviction may be fined not more than $25,000 or imprisoned not more than 12 years and six months, or both.
