One of Grimsby s newest bars will stay closed until June 14 after breaching Covid regulations multiple times while in lockdown.
The Mariner’s Rest on Albert Street was at risk of losing its licence for good for flouting national public health rules.
But it has been served a reprieve with a licence suspension.
The pub first came to the attention of police in September last year when noise complaints were made at a time when music was regulated in pubs by guidelines.
