City of Malibu Welcomes Seniors Back to the Senior Center

Malibu’s Senior Center is open for general drop-in use.
“The Senior Center at Malibu City Hall is a vital hub where elders in our community can socialize, stay in touch with the community and stay active, healthy and engaged,” said Mayor Paul Grisanti.
The Senior Center is open for general drop-in use following Los Angeles County Department of Public Health COVID-19 safety protocols. Face coverings are required in Malibu City Hall. Seniors have access to all general use areas of the center, such as the computer lab and library, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Staff is also available to assist with Dial-A-Ride questions and program registrations. In-door Senior Programs are tentatively scheduled to resume in September, pending Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Guidelines.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Attendees will receive a holiday gift bag, say âhelloâ to senior center staff and listen to holiday music from the safety of their car.

Please note that participants will be required to remain in their vehicle and must wear a face covering.
