The Libyan Football Association (LFA) has ended its contract with Montenegrin coach Zoran Filipovic as coach of the Libyan national team due to the unfavored results against Tunisia and Tanzania in the Total Africa Cup of Nations Cameroon 2021 qualifiers.

Montenegrin Zoran Filipovic was revelaed as new Libya coach during a press conference held by the Libyan Football Association (LFA) in Tripoli.
Filipovic will be assisted by Mohamed Al-Kikli, who led Al Nasr to the Total CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals last season.
