LIMA Fifty-five Allen County children attended speech and hearing clinics in June and July through the Lima Noon Sertoma Club, continuing a decades-long tradition for the service club to prevent summer learning loss for speech and hearing-impaired youth. The clinics are available for children ages 3-18, with financial assistance available for families in need.
