KINGSTON Opponents of a planned apartment building along the Cataraqui River declared victory after the developer withdrew its challenge of an appeal hearing decision.
Homestead Land Holdings had been appealing a decision from the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal earlier this year that rejected a proposed seven-storey, 90-unit building on the 1.85-hectare site of the former Rideau Marina.
