WACO, TX â Today marks one week without water for an entire apartment complex in Waco.
The people who live there are fed up and there s not much they can do about it.
On February 15th, a frozen pipe burst in the attic, unleashing water and causing the ceiling to cave-in in multiple units at the Circle at 1800 Apartments in Waco.
For Leigh Cole, a husband and father of two, it s getting old. Right now everybody s just a little aggravated just at the situation you know, Cole said.
