A 25-year-old man is jailed on allegations that he set fire to a shed at his southern Minnesota residence and killed his father, authorities said Monday.
The blaze just outside of Le Center was reported to the Le Sueur County Sheriff s Office about 7:15 a.m. Sunday at the property in the 37700 block of Hunting Preserve Lane.
Emergency responders found the body of Bruce A. Traxler, 64, inside a shed on the property where the father and son lived.

Le Center, MN (KROC-AM News) - The investigation into a fire Sunday morning in southern Minnesota has led to the arrest of a man suspected of murder and arson.
A news release from the Le Sueur County Sheriff s Office indicates deputies responded to a rural home just northeast of Le Center after a fire was reported at the property around 7:15 a.m. A resident of the home, identified as 64-year-old Bruce Traxler, was found dead at the scene.
The Sheriff s Office says the investigation led to the arrest of 25-year-old Hardy Wills-Traxler. He is expected to be formally arraigned on second-degree murder and arson charges in Le Sueur County Court tomorrow.

A 25-year-old man has been jailed on suspicion of murder and arson after a body was found inside a structure that was on fire Sunday morning.
According to the Le Sueur County Sheriff s Office, the structure fire was reported at 37722 Hunting Preserve Lane in Le Center around 7:15 a.m., with investigators finding a body inside the structure.
The sheriff s office believes the body is that of the resident of the address, 64-year-old Bruce Alan Traxler.
Investigators later arrested a 25-year-old Le Center man and booked him at the county jail on suspicion of second-degree murder and arson. Bring Me The News does not typically name suspects until formal charges are filed.
