(WIS) - A Lexington School District Four bus driver remains in serious condition after being stabbed multiple times, by simply offering a man a ride. Lexington County Sheriff’s Department says Mark Wannamaker picked up 25-year-old Marshal Hogston of Swansea at the BP Gas Station on South Main Street in Gaston Saturday afternoon. Not long after, they say Hogston stole Wannamaker’s car, stabbed him, and dropped him off in front of a home in the 300 block of Havenwood Drive.

(WIS) - A 30-year-old Gaston man after finding drugs and weapons in his possession, according to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department. Investigators were previously looking to arrest Dustin Partin on outstanding traffic offenses when they found him behind a house on the 400 block of Fallaw Road on January 20. Officials said they were able to capture Partin after a short foot chase. Shortly after tracking him down, deputies said they found drugs on him. Investigators also found 24 grams of meth, two grams of heroin, Xanax, Adderall, and two guns.

Officials say they spotted Partin on Wednesday behind a home on the 400 block of Fallaw Road, who ran away but was caught and found to have drugs on him. Authorities Partin told them a nearby SUV was his, and a search found what appeared to meth and digital scales.

(WIS) - The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a Columbia man wanted for attempted and other charges after leading deputies on a chase through Lexington and Richland counties on Thursday. According to LCSD, 29-year-old Devin Boineau was spotted by deputies driving a car reported as stolen. When deputies tried to pull Boineau over, he refused and the chase began on I-26. Boineau made his way onto I-77 and crossed into Richland County, according to the sheriff’s office.
