Patriot League Midfielder of the Year Sondra Dickey scored five goals and caused five turnovers for the Mountain Hawks, who will play Army in the semifinals Thursday at Loyola. Colgate, which scored three goals in the final 10 minutes to defeat Boston University 15-13, will play the Greyhounds in the other semifinal.

A draft class of 32 of the most accomplished players of their respective programs joined the PLL ranks on Monday night. From Tae Kwon Do black belts to water polo goalies, many of them have other talents off the field too.

1. Jeff Teat, Atlas: IL’s first-ever No. 1 recruit (in the class of 2016) from Canada became just the third player ever to be selected first in both outdoor and indoor professional drafts, joining Kevin Crowley in 2011 and Lyle Thompson in 2015.

Peter Dearth was selected No. 17 overall by Atlas Lacrosse Club. He joined Stephen Rehfuss and Jamie Trimboli as the three Syracuse players drafted.

Three Syracuse players were selected in the 2021 Premier Lacrosse League draft on Monday night. The Atlas picked short-stick defensive midfielder Peter Dearth to begin the third round with the 17th overall pick. The Cannons picked attack Stephen Rehfuss to start the fourth and final round with the 25th overall pick, and the Redwoods picked midfielder Jamie Trimboli 29th overall.
