LORAIN, Ohio (WOIO) - Lorain Police said the 16-year-old boy behind the wheel without a valid driverâs license may face criminal charges after âexcessive speed and reckless drivingâ appear to be factors in the crash that killed a 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl in the car.
Lorain Police Traffic Commissioner Officer Kyle Gelenius said the LPD Traffic Bureau was called to the 2060 block of East 29th Street for a fatal crash at approximately 12:27 a.m.
