Shocking footage shows a policeman kicking a 17-year-old boy while he was sitting handcuffed in a driveway officers broke down his mother s door to arrest him.
The 17-year-old was arrested in Bankstown in Sydney s south-west and charged with assault and intimidation after allegedly attacking his mother in the doorway of their home about 7am on Thursday morning.
The family s lawyer Adam Houda told Daily Mail Australia police broke down her door after witnessing the alleged assault and then arrested the teenager in the driveway.
The teenager s mother could be heard frantically telling police her son didn t touch me and filmed the door broken off its hinges.

Man charged; two firearms seized – Raptor Squad
Raptor Squad have charged a man with a range of firearm related offences following a vehicle stop by police in Sydney’s south-west.
Yesterday (Thursday 29 April 2021), the State Crime Command’s Raptor Squad received information that a man travelling from Victoria was in possession of firearms.
About 7.45pm, officers attached to Raptor Highway Patrol stopped a Victorian registered Holden Commodore sedan at the intersection of Canterbury Road and Gibson Avenue, Bankstown.
The driver, a 43-year-old man from Mildura, was arrested at the scene.
Searches of the man and the car were executed which resulted in police seizing two .45 calibre pistols.

Police lay charges after cocaine worth $2.7 million concealed in clay bricks import
Organised Crime Squad detectives have charged a man as part of ongoing investigations into the alleged importation of cocaine worth an estimated $2.7 million concealed in clay blocks.
Last Sunday (25 April 2021), officers from the Australian Border Force (ABF) identified a consignment which arrived in Sydney from the United Kingdom.
The air cargo consignment – which was declared to contain two clay blocks – was examined by ABF officers, who noted inconsistencies.
During a subsequent deconstruction, the consignment was found to contain 9kg of compacted white powder within the items.
