The Pacers have a pair of tight contests earlier this week, a dramatic overtime victory in New Orleans on Monday and a 114-107 win over the Rockets on Wednesday. In both contests, Indiana defense locked down in the closing minutes of regulation. The Blue & Gold held New Orleans without a field goal over the final 3:45 of regulation while rallying from a 10-point deficit to force overtime, then held Houston scoreless for the final 2:36 of Wednesday s contest.

The NCAA has announced that the entirety of the men’s 2021 basketball championship would be held in Indiana. A majority of the tournament’s 67 games will reportedly be taking place in the state’s capital, Indianapolis. As of now, Selection Sunday is scheduled for March 14 and the Final Four will be held on April 3 and 5. Preliminary round dates have yet to be determined.

We have worked tirelessly to reimagine a tournament structure that maintains our unique championship opportunity for college athletes, Mark Emmert, via Sports Illustrated .
