NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Kimberly-Clark is moving jobs from the Fox Valley to Chicago.
The company says its Neenah campus will become its North American Innovation, Technology and Supply Center. More than 250 jobs in sales, marketing, executive management and other commercial functions are moving to a new consumer products center in Chicago.
“This move allows us to capitalize on strengths in both markets and positions our business in North America for long-term, sustainable growth,” a company spokesperson wrote in an email to FOX 11.
The company says manufacturing sites in Wisconsin are not begin affected. More than 2,500 positions will remain in the state.

The Rinnai America Corporation, which manufactures and sells tankless gas water heaters, announced the completion of the first phase of its North American headquarters expansion in Peachtree City, Georgia.
The expansion of the company is expected to help expand the number of employees from the existing workforce of 100 to 200 to deal with the demand for a particular product.
Based in Japan, the company manufactures gas appliances, including energy-efficient tankless water heaters, which are in great demand in the U.S., and home heating appliances.
