A new initiative is linking mining expertise from Northern Ontario with the mineral-rich soils of northern Nevada.
Ontario’s North Economic Development Corporation (ONEDC), an alliance of economic development entities in Northern Ontario, is rolling out an initiative that will connect small and mid-sized mining supply and service companies with markets in the Nevada gold and silver mining district. ONEDC is comprised of five communities, including Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Greater Sudbury, North Bay and Timmins.
