Man wanted for shooting victim 9 times in East Cleveland

By Steve Bailey Elijah Lipford Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Elijah Lipford. Lipford is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the East Cleveland Police Department for attempted murder, felonious assault, and aggravated robbery. It is alleged that on November 19, Lipford shot Nathaniel Green, 19, at an address near the 1200 block of Lockwood Ave, East Cleveland. Lipford allegedly shot Green nine times and then proceeded to rob him. Lipford,19, is a black male, standing approximately 6 feet 1 inches and weighing 160 lbs.Lipford’s last known address is near the 2200 block of Green Road, Cleveland, Ohio.

According to investigators, Emanuel Howard is wanted by Cleveland police for felonious assault. It is alleged that Howard shot 46-year-old London Brooks in the arm on March 10 as the victim sat on the front porch of his East 71st Street home. The 31-year-old suspect, who should be considered armed and dangerous, is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. His last known address is near the 7500 block of Indiana Avenue in Cleveland, according to the U.S. Marshals.
