CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The U.S. Marshals Service and other local law enforcement agencies are looking for the man accused in a Cleveland-area shooting.
According to investigators, Emanuel Howard is wanted by Cleveland police for felonious assault.
It is alleged that Howard shot 46-year-old London Brooks in the arm on March 10 as the victim sat on the front porch of his East 71st Street home.
The 31-year-old suspect, who should be considered armed and dangerous, is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. His last known address is near the 7500 block of Indiana Avenue in Cleveland, according to the U.S. Marshals.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The U.S. Marshals Service and other law enforcement agencies are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine.
Damion Jontaz Pippens is wanted out of West Virginia in connection to the drug charges, but the 37-year-old man is last known to have stayed in an Euclid apartment near Tungsten Road and Sydney Road.

Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Damion Jontaz Pippens.
Pippens is wanted by the United States Marshals Service out of the Northern District of West Virginia for conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine.
Pippens, 37, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 170 lbs.
Pippens is last known to have stayed in an apartment in the area of Tungsten Road and Sydney Drive in Euclid, Ohio. Pippens also has ties to West Virginia.
