At that point, legal aide lawyer Jonathan Bodvarson asked the court to withdraw him as counsel for Goller, which Judge Pelletier granted. Goller is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of MDMA (Ecstacy) for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unsafe storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm when knowing possession is unauthorized, and possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition. Goller was arrested on Sept. 10, 2020, after the RCMP Gang Task Force/Street Enforcement Team raided a residence on the 1300 block of 96 Street in North Battleford.

“What began as a missing person investigation has progressed to charges of murder and accessory after the fact.”
That’s the word from the team at the RCMP Major Crime/Historical Case Unit South.
Following nearly a year of investigations charges have been laid in relation to the death of 20 year old Damian Moosomin of North Battleford.
Charged with one count of first degree murder is 24 year old Tye Partridge from Moosomin First Nation.
32 year old, Jannay Blackbird of Saulteaux First Nation is charged with one count of second degree murder.
According to police, all refused medical attention and their injuries were minor. The victims reported five men had barged into the home and struck one of the men with a bottle before spraying the basement of the home with bear spray.
At approximately 2 p.m., Lloydminster and Maidstone RCMP stopped a vehicle on Highway16 entering Lloydminster and performed what officers describe as a high-risk takedown that resulted in the arrest of four individuals without incident.
They appeared in Lloydminster Provincial Court Monday.
Charged are Matthew Meleshko, 24, and Catlin Thomas, 24, of Vermilion, Alta., Dakoda Foeller, 22, of Lloydminster, Sask. and Jason Johnson, 28, of Lloydminster, Alta. A fifth man, 21-year-old Austin Beckley of Unity was arrested and charged Monday.
The Crown is proceeding by indictment rather than summary conviction, which is the more serious offence and means the potential of more jail time if convicted. The court heard today that after being arrested on April 18, Leschinski allegedly got out of his handcuffs, escaped from the Biggar RCMP and fled. According to Biggar RCMP, on April 18, 2021, shortly before 6 p.m. Biggar RCMP detachment received a call from a complainant advising that a man had pointed a firearm at another person. The caller advised this occurred in the Biggar area. The caller advised police that the man then left the location with a female youth in his vehicle. All three persons were known to each other.
