Health Secretary Matt Hancock has praised clinical commissioning groups in Harrow for achieving one of the highest Covid-19 vaccinations uptakes in the country. According to the health secretary, over 80 per cent of people aged 80 and over and in care homes, have now received a Covid vaccination jab.
