York-area woman now reported missing survived being shot, run over last year

A York-area woman who survived being shot five times, run over by her attackers car and left for dead on a quiet North Codorus Township road last summer is now missing, according to state police in Carlisle.
Meredith Celeste Wilson Keltner, 28, was last seen March 28 and last texted someone on April 7, said Trooper Megan Ammerman, a state police spokesperson.
She confirmed to The York Dispatch on Tuesday morning that Keltner being missing isn t believed to be related to her attempted homicide.
The two York City men charged in that attack remain in prison.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. York Police on Tuesday announced the arrest of a 19-year-old city man wanted on felony drug and weapons possession charges.
Anthony A-Rod Colon is believed to be a person of interest in several recent shootings and shots-fired incidents in the city, police say.
Colon was arrested on Feb. 14, 2020 for felony drug possession on the 1000 block of N. George St., police say. He was released on supervised bail following his arrest, according to police.
Last month, Colon allegedly sold a quantity of heroin to undercover agents with the York City Police Narcotics Unit, police say.

A 19-year-old York City man arrested Monday on felony drug and firearm charges is a person of interest in several shootings, according to York City Police.
Anthony Xavier “A-Rod” Colon faces a charge of possessing a firearm with an altered manufacturer number and three counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver drugs. All are felonies.
He also faces three counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not legally allowed to and a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. All are misdemeanors.
